'Zen Den'
The Zen Den is our outdoor, all-season, sacred space created to bring the outdoors in for our soulful Sound Therapy sessions. We believe Nature is Naturally Zen!
In the Den, your body will harness the power of the sound frequencies that will help relieve physical, mental, and emotional stress, as the vibrations balance the brains hemispheres into a deep relaxational state of being.
Going inward on this meditative sound journey is for every level and everyone. Whether you meditate a lot, a little, or not at all, this is for you!
In a world moving too fast, it was our mission to create a sacred and safe space for others to come and find a peaceful moment to Just Be. It is when we take time to go within is where our healing begins.
Your path to finding peace can be found in the Den, for here is where you will also find pure Zen!! Come, Be Still, & Just Be.

Sound Therapy Offerings
*Group Vibrational Sound Therapy
We offer Group Sound Healing in our “Zen Den”. The combination of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, tingshas, and chimes are used to create healing sound frequencies for a powerful vibrational shift that effortlessly activates relaxation and rejuvenation. Let Stillness be the goal; sound is just the mediator.

*Sacred Energy Circle
Women Circles have been around for centuries bringing community together to share from the heart, to support and empower each other. This is an open monthly circle to come and join anytime with no commitments. We will take time to build deep connections with not only our inner selves but with one another feeling more supported and heard with encouragement. Some activities include a chakra activation, sharing (never a forcing if you would rather sit in circle in silence, we welcome that too), and ending in a sound therapy immersion.

Gentle Yoga with sound in savasana
Nurture yourself with a gentle flow yoga, ending in a longer savasana. Together the yoga with sound will calm the nervous system with ease, regulate, release tension, ending with time for integration with Sound Healing in Savasana, leaving you more balance and harmonized.

For this offering we welcome, Terry Remillard to the Zen Den. Terry is a 200hr Yoga Certified Teacher with additional training in Yoga Philosophy. Her calm and gentle spirit will be sure to leave you more grounded and balanced.
rhythm of renewal drumming
Awaken your spirit and stir your roots to the energy of Summer. We will be lead in some healing rhythms for the heart. An evening for mindfulness and fun, with the goal of connection and presence. No experience or Drums needed...we have enough for all!

For this offering we welcome, Christine Collins to the Zen Den. Christine comes with some African Drumming training. After a brief illness, Christine found the power of healing that came with the percussion power of the drum. Her energetic and fun spirit will for sure make this an evening of fun and connection.
*IET & Sound somatic/energy healing
Your body (Soma) will receive a transformational and restorative blend of Integrated Energy Therapy while you journey through Sound Healing. This modality will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and balanced, while enhancing your emotional well-being.
